When to write in
We are most useful when there is something concrete to look at. The messages we respond to fastest tend to look like one of these:
- "On this page, the section about this feature doesn't match what I'm seeing in Trello — here's a screenshot."
- "You list Trello's Premium plan price as X, but the current pricing page says Y as of [date]."
- "You're missing a guide on specific tracking scenario — here's the workflow we're trying to evaluate."
- "Reader-side question: I'm trying to decide between Trello and [Jira / Asana / ClickUp / Monday] for [specific situation]. Which guide on your site is closest?"
What we cannot help with
We are not Trello support. If you have a billing question, a workspace permission problem, or a Power-Up that is misbehaving, you will get faster, better help from Atlassian Support inside Trello itself. We also do not coach individual teams on workspace setup as a paid service.
